Your answer is graded on our server the moment it arrives. Whoever gets there first takes the prize.
A race is only worth running if it is fair. Each of these is enforced on our servers, not by asking your phone nicely.
You get a single answer per quiz. There is no retry, and no way to buy another go — it is the rule that makes the race mean something.
The correct answer never leaves our server, so it cannot be found by anyone digging through the app. Every tap is graded by us and comes back decided.
A quiz that has not opened yet simply is not there to be fetched. Changing your device clock does not reveal it early, and nobody gets a head start.
Your time is measured from the moment the quiz opened to the moment your answer reaches us — down to the hundredth of a second, and calculated on our side.
Everybody races on the same build, so we ask you to be up to date before you can answer. The app tells you before you tap, not after.
A finished quiz keeps its question, its picture and its winner on screen. Scroll down to read every quiz that has run.
Your name goes on the quiz for everybody to see, along with how long it took you — measured from the second it opened, to the hundredth of a second. Winning margins are usually a handful of seconds.
The win is recorded permanently. Come back to the quiz any time and it is still there, with your name on it.
Claiming your prize
Prizes are handed over by hand, not by robot. Message us on Discord after you win and we will sort out how to get it to you. It is also where we announce the next quiz — the only way to know one is coming before your phone buzzes.
